Mar 4-8: This is The Big One

Share

I honestly looked for any reason to omit events from my list for this week because it’s not only First Friday, it’s also the Month of Photography AND the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day. However, delivering a short list this week is impossible. The overwhelming amount of great art opening this week and ongoing this month is mind boggling. Call the neighbors, wake the kids, it’s time to see some art.

MONTH OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Lots of excitement and participation this year for the annual Month of Photography, the brainchild of photographer Mark Sink. Please see the MOP website for a full listing of events, but here are my picks listed neatly below.

The Big Picture : A multi-location event, with contemporary photography exhibits INSIDE at Illiterate Gallery, Space Gallery and Theory and Practice, OUTSIDE around the streets of Denver and at various locations in other parts of the WORLD.
