ART PARTY | Eldorado Canyon

Beautiful Eldorado Canyon in Boulder hides many art studios in the few buildings that make up the town of Eldorado Springs. One of the biggest, Eldorado Arts Center, is hosting its once a year art party. In addition to 12 artist shows, there will be a fashion show, music, food, beverages… basically just a big party in a beautiful place celebrating art.

OPENING RECEPTION | NOWhere Limited

There is a funky little gallery in Nederland, just up the Boulder Canyon, that has some really happening art. This month – check this out – will be a solo exhibition of the rugs of Mark Mothersbaugh, who you may remember as a founding member of the band DEVO. No shit. GYPSY BAZAAR | Gypsy House

I stumbled upon this little gem and it reminded me of my friend who has recently started knitting and wonders why it is not more hip. So this one’s for you Stephanie. Knotty Gal Creations has brought together some local clothing and jewelry designers for an afternoon bazaar.

CALL FOR ART | Creative for Kids

Creative for Kids is an art event supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates for children, a volunteer program that supports abused and neglected children in Colorado. There are few better causes than helping kids like this. Donate your art to help the cause and get your name out to a new market.
